    Doug graduated from Western Boone High School in 1991 and from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in 1998. Doug worked his way through college and spent the early part of his career in transportation in the asphalt industry. He switched careers at the age of 30 and became an insurance agent with Indiana Farm Bureau in 2004. In May of 2007, he started his own independent insurance agency in Lebanon Indiana. In January of 2015, he purchased Galvin Insurance Services in Lebanon and merged the 2 businesses together. Doug is licensed to write insurance in Indiana, Ohio, Missouri, and Florida. He has 3 children Sydney, Olivia, and Jackson. He’s been married to his wife Jessica since 1996. Doug enjoys golf, shooting sports, and music. He also enjoys mentoring young people. Doug says he’s been very blessed to be part of such a wonderful community in Lebanon.

    Tom started his Insurance career with PGH in 2016. He grew up in Jamestown and attended Western Boone High School where he was a leader on the football, basketball, and track teams. Tom went on to earn his bachelor's degree in history from Wabash College. He also had the opportunity to play collegiate football for four years at Wabash – GO ‘BASH!

    Tom is involved with the Boone County 4-H bicycle project where he is a co-leader with his brother and father. He is a member of the coaching staff for the Western Boone High School football team. In his free time, he enjoys working on project vehicles with his dad and cheering on the Little Giants at the annual Monon Bell football game.

    Anthony started his tenure at PGH in 2019. He has been serving clients’ insurance needs for nearly 20 years. Anthony comes to Lebanon by way of Sydney, Australia, moving here when he was 10. Anthony is a Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) and has owned and operated grocery stores as well as his own insurance agency for many years, so he knows the struggles of owning and operating a business.


    He loves being an Independent Agent, serving clients through many individual insurance carriers. He has lived in Boone and Hendricks counties for 40 years, graduating from Lebanon High School, and is an active member of the community.


    Anthony currently lives in Lizton with his wife, Heidi, and six Chihuahuas! They have 5 children and 1 granddaughter. He is an active member of Restoration Church in Lebanon, loves gardening, muscle cars, and spending time with family and friends.


    Anthony writes all lines of Personal and Commercial Insurance, Life Insurance, and Farm policies. If you need your home and auto covered, life insurance for you and your family members, or your farm or business protected, he will give you honest advice with integrity and professional, personalized service.

Her goal is to build lasting relationships with her clients while providing trusted guidance & personalized solutions.


    Alongside her insurance career, Amanda has been a hairstylist for 23 years & continues to work part-time in the beauty industry. This experience has strengthened her communication & customer service skills, which she brings to every client interaction.


    A lifelong resident of Lebanon, Indiana, Amanda loves serving the community she has always called home. Outside of work, she is a proud parent to three wonderful children who inspire her every day to work hard & make a positive impact.

    Debbie grew up in Zionsville and then attended Hanover College and IUPUI. Debbie’s first career was as a Marsh Supermarket employee. Debbie worked as an office bookkeeper and then General Merchandise Manager. The career switch to United States Postal Service as a city carrier in Lebanon started a new adventure. After 11 years of carrying mail, Debbie became a clerk and then eventually the lead clerk. After 25 years in postal service and a four-month retirement, Debbie started employment with PGH Insurance in October 2019. Within the first few weeks, Debbie was a licensed agent. Always a “people person” Debbie enjoys the interaction with our customers.

    Outside of work Debbie spends time with her husband, enjoys tending to the flower beds, and walking Yogi, their cute doggie. Debbie attends Grace Church in Lebanon and helps out with the VBS Registration Carnival.

    Originally from Fremont, California, Wayne graduated from Boise State University in 2021 and moved to Hamilton County, Indiana in 2024. After three years in education as a special education teacher, Wayne pivoted to insurance. Wayne’s philosophy when advising customers is making sure that they fully understand the complexities of the insurance contract and what their hard-earned dollars are paying for.


    Wayne has been married to his wife Carly, an Indiana native, since 2024. Outside of work, Wayne enjoys having game nights, visiting with friends and family and spending time with his dogs Lucy and Holly.
