Doug graduated from Western Boone High School in 1991 and earned his degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in 1998. After starting his career in the transportation and asphalt industry, he made a successful transition into insurance in 2004 with Indiana Farm Bureau. Just three years later, Doug founded his own independent agency in Lebanon, and in 2015 he expanded by acquiring Galvin Insurance Services, merging the two businesses into what is now PGH Insurance.

Licensed in Indiana, Ohio, Missouri, and Florida, Doug brings over 20 years of experience helping families, farms, and businesses protect what matters most. He values mentorship and enjoys guiding young people as they pursue their careers.

Outside the office, Doug enjoys golf, shooting sports, and music. He and his wife, Jessica, have been married since 1996 and have three children — Sydney, Olivia, and Jackson. Doug feels blessed to live and work in such a supportive community and is proud to serve the people of Lebanon and beyond.

Tom began his insurance career with PGH Insurance in 2016 & brings a strong background in leadership & teamwork to the agency. A Jamestown native, he graduated from Western Boone High School, where he excelled in football, basketball, and track, before earning his bachelor’s degree in history from Wabash College & playing four years of collegiate football for the Little Giants.

Dedicated to both his clients & community, Tom is actively involved with the Boone County 4-H bicycle project, serving as a co-leader alongside his brother and father. In his free time, he enjoys working on project vehicles with his dad & cheering on Wabash at the annual Monon Bell game.

Anthony started his tenure at PGH in 2019. He has been serving clients’ insurance needs for nearly 20 years. Anthony comes to Lebanon by way of Sydney, Australia, moving here when he was 10. Anthony is a Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) and has owned and operated grocery stores as well as his own insurance agency for many years, so he knows the struggles of owning and operating a business.

He loves being an Independent Agent, serving clients through many individual insurance carriers. He has lived in Boone and Hendricks counties for 40 years, graduating from Lebanon High School, and is an active member of the community.

Anthony currently lives in Lizton with his wife, Heidi, and six Chihuahuas! They have 5 children and 1 granddaughter. He is an active member of Restoration Church in Lebanon, loves gardening, muscle cars, and spending time with family and friends.

Anthony writes all lines of Personal and Commercial Insurance, Life Insurance, and Farm policies. Amanda Rogers is an insurance agent with PGH Insurance Group, specializing in auto, home, life, and a wide range of insurance needs. She is passionate about helping individuals &families find the right coverage to protect what matters most. Her goal is to build lasting relationships with her clients while providing trusted guidance & personalized solutions.

Alongside her insurance career, Amanda has been a hairstylist for 23 years & continues to work part-time in the beauty industry. This experience has strengthened her communication & customer service skills, which she brings to every client interaction.

A lifelong resident of Lebanon, Indiana, Amanda loves serving the community she has always called home. Outside of work, she is a proud parent to three wonderful children who inspire her every day to work hard & make a positive impact.

Tim has dedicated over 35 years to serving his community through both public service and insurance. After a successful career in law enforcement and local government, he transitioned into insurance in 2001 with Indiana Farm Bureau, quickly earning recognition as the top agent in the state.

Today, Tim specializes in municipal and county government, commercial, and farm insurance. He formerly co-owned Tanner & Associates Insurance in Covington and now continues to serve his longtime clients while growing new relationships through PGH Insurance.

In addition to his insurance work, Tim serves as Fountain County Commissioner, now in his third consecutive term, giving him firsthand insight into the challenges local governments and communities face. Known for his integrity and commitment, Tim delivers coverage solutions that help protect and strengthen businesses, farms, and municipalities.

Shirley has been a valued member of our team since 1999, bringing over two decades of experience to every client interaction. She services all lines of insurance but specializes in commercial and farm coverage, helping businesses and farm families protect what matters most.

Outside of the office, Shirley is family oriented and enjoys staying active in the community with her daughter through 4H programs and events. Her dedication to clients and family reflects the commitment and reliability she brings to the agency every day.

Born & raised in Crawfordsville, Indiana, Jeremiah grew up around the insurance industry — his mother owned an agency for 15 years — giving him an early appreciation for protecting families, businesses, & serving the community. After graduating from Crawfordsville High School in 2013, he served seven years in the Indiana National Guard while also building his career, including five years in Grand Rapids, MI, as an operations director for an e-commerce start-up.

Now back in Indiana, Jeremiah applies his background in service, leadership, and operations to PGH Insurance Group. Outside of work, you’ll often find him on the golf course or at the archery range, in the gym, or spending time with family & friends.

Originally from Fremont, California, Wayne graduated from Boise State University in 2021 and moved to Hamilton County, Indiana in 2024. After three years in education as a special education teacher, Wayne pivoted to insurance. Wayne’s philosophy when advising customers is making sure that they fully understand the complexities of the insurance contract and what their hard-earned dollars are paying for.

Wayne has been married to his wife Carly, an Indiana native, since 2024. Outside of work, Wayne enjoys having game nights, visiting with friends and family and spending time with his dogs Lucy and Holly.

Amy grew up in Veedersburg and graduated from Fountain Central High School in 1994 and Purdue University in 1998. She began her career in agriculture, selling seed before spending 15 years as a grain merchandiser. Prior to joining PGH Insurance Group in June 2025, Amy worked in the agronomy division of a local co-op.

A Fountain County native, Amy enjoys helping people find solutions that fit their needs and is excited to bring that passion to the PGH team. Outside of work, she and her daughter spend weekends traveling to livestock shows. She’s also part-owner of Ashwill Farms LLC, where she and her brother manage a small cow/calf operation on their family farm. Amy feels blessed to be part of such a supportive community and a company that truly puts customers first.
